Coping with Holiday Stress - Webinar

This is a 1 hour webinar that you can access using your phone or a computer.
The webinar will help you
anticipate what types of stressors you may experience over the holidays,
learn basic cognitive (i.e., thought-based), behavioral, and mindfulness strategies for responding more effectively to stressors, and
develop your own plan to manage feelings of stress, anxiety, depression, or other emotions that may come up.
Dr. V. will present slides as a part of the presentation. Ideally, you will be able to attend the webinar via a browser on your phone or computer but if not, you can simply call in to the phone line and Dr. V. will send you the slides after the presentation. You do not have to be viewing the presentation in order to benefit from the webinar - past participants have simply called in during the hour and then reviewed the slides at a later time.
